Q: Can I order copier, printer, or fax parts?
A: Yes, we do offer copier, printer, or fax parts available for purchase. Due to the vast amount of parts that are available, please contact a member of our support team via email at support@tonerlight.com or call 866.378.0037

Q: Is it possible to place orders over the phone?
A: We are more than happy to assist you in the way that works best for you, whether that is online or over the phone.

Q: Do you offer other supplies that are not listed on the website?
A: We do offer many items available for purchase, including toners, drums, parts, even office equipment. Please contact us if you cannot find what you are looking for on the website, at support@tonerlight.com or call 866.378.0037.

Q: I am interested in a new equipment purchase. Is it possible to purchase a machine through you?
A: We would be pleased to offer you a quote on a new office equipment purchase. When you contact us in whichever way is convenient for you; either by phone at 866.378.0037, or by email at support@tonerlight.com; we will be in close contact with you to make sure you receive the equipment that will accommodate your needs best at competitive pricing.

Q: I am having problems with my machine, do you also offer service?
A: We are located in Mission Viejo, CA in Orange County. We do offer service locally to customers within the county limits.

Q: How many copies will I get out of my cartridge?
A: Many cartridges are different in the "yield," or the average number of pages per cartridge. If you have specific question pertaining to the approximate number of prints you should expect you can contact us with your inquiry. Please keep in mind, that the number will be an estimate based on 'words' printed on letter size paper. Graphics, charts, and pictures will use much more toner and bring down the yield.

Q: How long will the cartridges last, if I were to buy multiple cartridges to take advantage of specials?
A: The life of the cartridge will vary based on different factors. The storage conditions, manufacturer, and whether or not the cartridge is in its original, sealed package or has been opened. These factors can make the shelf life range anywhere from 3 - 24 months, with the average shelf life being approximately 18 months.

Q: Are compatible cartridges equal to original cartridges?
A: Yes, when you purchase your cartridges from a reputable dealer. Compatible cartridges are simply taking existing cartridges apart, rebuilding them and freshly refilling them to ensure optimal performance.

Q: If I purchase compatible cartridges, will any warranties on my machine be voided?
A: No. No manufacturer can legally require you to purchase their brand of cartridges.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: At TonerLight, we will honor returns on both compatible and OEM toner cartridges up to 30 days from purchase given that they are still in original packaging and resalable.

Q: What if I receive a defective cartridge?
A: If you find that you have received a defective cartridge, please contact someone on our support team either by email at support@tonerlight.com or by phone at 866.378.0037, and we will be happy to assist you in getting a replacement cartridge.

Q: Why did I only receive a partial order?
A: Since we will always strive to get you the best possible price and we have distributors all over the country, it may be possible that you will receive different items in separate packages with separate arrival times.
